Corventis was founded by Philipp Maximilian Wenzl and
Dr Mathias Schmitt based on a simple realisation:
international structuring does not end with the incorporation of a company — in many ways, that is where it truly begins.
As entrepreneurs ourselves, we understand the realities behind growth from first-hand experience. Tax matters, banking, contracts, authorities, documentation and bureaucracy are not abstract issues, but daily operational challenges. We also know how quickly time, capital and momentum can be lost when structures are not properly thought through or when execution fails in practice.
Corventis was created precisely out of this tension.
